About the Role We are seeking an experienced, solutions-focused Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of ATW Employment Services and provide operational oversight for Which Way Driving School. While this role will initially support both business units, the primary focus will be on employment services, which is our largest and most established stream. As Which Way Driving School continues to grow, this role may evolve to focus solely on employment services, working in collaboration with the driving school team to support aligned operational goals and shared workforce outcomes. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Managing Directors, as well as other internal leaders across the ATW Group—including the Operations Manager of Dynamic Services Group (DSG)—to maximise collaboration, efficiency, and impact across the organisation.
